About Mallika Rathod
Mallika Rathod is the founder of Sanjeevani Yoga and a multidisciplinary yoga & wellness coach with over 10 years of teaching experience, rooted in traditional yoga and informed by Iyengar, Classical Hatha, and Ashtanga lineages.
Her work emphasises precision, breath awareness, and intelligent sequencing, adapted for modern bodies and real lives.

Why Dolina Retreat
Dolina Retreat rests inside a rare natural bowl — a quiet
valley shaped by limestone hills and time. Protected
from noise, wind, and distraction, the land naturally
holds stillness.
Here, mornings begin with filtered sunlight, birdsong,
and cool mountain air. The walnut orchard opens into a
wide, grounding expanse — ideal for slow movement,
mindful breath, and long pauses between thoughts.
Separation from the city is not just physical, but sensory.
No traffic sounds. No visual clutter. Just forest trails,
open skies, and space to reconnect with the body’s
natural rhythm.
Yoga at Dolina is not practiced on the land — it is
practiced with it. The terrain invites grounding. The
silence deepens focus. The setting gently supports rest,
clarity, and presence.
This is not a retreat designed to escape life —
but one that helps you return to it, aligned.

What Our Past Retreat Participants Say About Us
My yoga practice has greatly benefited from Mallika’s direction and knowledge. As a beginner, I found her directions to be very useful and simple to follow. Her positive energy fosters a friendly atmosphere that promotes development. I appreciate Mallika’s attentiveness to individual needs during class. The depth of Mallika’s expertise in yoga is shown in her instruction. She explains each practice’s philosophy and purpose, which has improved my understanding and my practice as a whole. I wholeheartedly recommend Mallika to anyone looking to learn yoga.

I’ve been training with Mallika for almost 2 years now. I feel I’ve gotten a lot more calmer since I started. And I just feel like a lot of stress is exiting me in between so many Asanas. Thanks a lot Mallika for these beautiful sessions.
The movement classes and the balancing sequences are my favourite. Love your voice tone, it’s very calming and you talk with these proper meaningful pauses, that don’t anxiety induce nor let a person lose your train of thought they’re following. You engage properly, I haven’t “worked out” worked out in yearsss but I enjoy max doing your classes, I bunk your classes lesser than I bunk work. What I also really love is that wty you teach has been alot of a mix of things I’ve learned in karate, other sports that I’ve done bachpan main, so it’s basically alot of call back to things I’ve done, like muscle memory. You’ve also reduced my anger slightly, thanks to the breathwork I apply post yoga! Thank you Mallika for the good one hour sense of calm I feel after literally almost a decade that is not substance induced 🦋.
