Hi, I’m Mallika Rathod, founder of Sanjeevani Yoga.

For over a decade, I have been immersed in the study and practice of yoga, movement, meditation, and holistic wellness. My journey with meditation began at the age of six, and over the years it has evolved into a lifelong exploration of the body, mind, breath, and human potential.

Today, I help people through yoga, mobility, movement science, pranayama, meditation, nutrition, and personalized wellness consultations.

I’m not here to align your chakras or promise quick fixes. I’m here to help you come back to yourself—with greater awareness, resilience, clarity, and connection. Drawing from yoga therapy, movement education, breathwork, and evidence-informed wellness practices, I support people in improving how they move, breathe, recover, and experience life.

Sanjeevani means “Restorer of Life,” and that intention sits at the heart of everything I do.
