– Yoga mat (non-slip)
– 2 yoga blocks / bricks
– 1 yoga strap or dupatta/belt
– 1 bolster or a firm pillow
– 1-2 blankets (folded for support)
– 1-2 small towels / napkins
– Chair (armless if possible – for supported asanas or inversion prep)
– Wall space (clear section to practice against or near a wall)
Wear & Prepare:
– Wear comfortable, breathable clothing
– Practice on an empty or light stomach
– Keep water nearby (optional)
– Arrive 5-7 minutes early to settle in
– Choose a space that’s quiet, grounded, and distraction-free
– Keep your camera positioned to clearly show your full background
