I have been training with Mallika for quite some time now.
The best thing about her yoga sessions is that they are not just another yoga class. They are unique and are designed in a way that works best for my body and its requirements. As someone with PCOD, my body has witnessed a regular menstruation cycle, increased stamina, better flexibility, weight loss and toned body after training with her.
We practice Multistyle yoga, movement & flow basef exercises, even when we pick weights- she makes sure these exercises are low impact.
Her class also focuses on mindfulness and breathing which has always helped me relax my mind and understand my body better.
As she says always - showing up on the mat is what's the most important!!
Her knowledge regarding fitness, proper nutrition and ways to manage PCOD/ Weight gain is impeccable.

Mallika makes sure to tailor the personal sessions according to your needs and mould them as needed. She is very encouraging and flexible (body and mind) which is great energy to have while I'm on the mat. She pushes me while also understanding when I need a break. Her approach to health is holistic so she also makes it a point to explain why exactly we're doing what we are which shows how much effort she puts into these classes. She's also great company to have and I thoroughly enjoy myself!

Being coached r-1 by Mallika has been a great life changing experience for me.
